1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

• The book received were damaged, has missing pages, or is not as described.
• The wrong book was shipped.
• Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: If it was brought from new book section, your request will be accepted but Minor wear and tear typical of old  books section brought (e.g., faded covers, slight creases) are not considered valid reasons for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at [prn80158@gmail.com] or WhatsApp at [81100 80162] within 48 hours.
• Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and an unboxing video (required for damage claims).
• Once approved, You will have to Courier it to the shop address. The cost will not be included in the refund.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued via the UPI/bank transfer.
• Only the book cost will be refunded, not the shipping charge
• In case of prepaid order cancellations before shipping, a 3.5% gateway fee may be deducted.
