1. Order Cancellation
– Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched.
– Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
– To cancel an order, customers must log in to their account on thethalir.in or contact our customer support team.
2. Returns and Replacements
– Books can be returned only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition, or if the wrong book has been delivered.
– Requests for returns or replacements must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
– The returned book must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
– Replacements will be processed subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
– Refunds will be initiated once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
4. Non-Returnable Items
– Certain categories of books, such as e-books, digital downloads, or customized/personalized items, are non-returnable.
– Clearance sale items may also not be eligible for return or refund.
